What Happened After Last Night's WWE SmackDown Went Off The Air
Top Raw stars were involved in WWE's SmackDown aftermath on Friday night.
Raw stars Theory and Bobby Lashley were in the house for last night's episode of WWE SmackDown.
Lashley didn't appear on the televised broadcast, but Theory did. Multiple times. The Money In The Bank briefcase holder jogged round ringside during Roman Reigns' opening promo, then cut one of his own backstage before Madcap Moss said he'd love to shut the braggart heel up.
It looks like WWE plans to set Moss up as a side issue for Theory soon.
Of course, Mr. MITB has a United States Title rematch incoming at SummerSlam, and WWE wanted to test run that for the live crowd in Fort Worth, Texas on Friday night. New champ Lashley defeated old champ Theory in a dark match main event once the cameras stopped rolling.
Both guys showed a decent level of chemistry during their original clash at Money In The Bank, so it wouldn't be a shocker if this repeat was a solid match too. It was also a nice bonus for fans in Fort Worth to see big Bobby on the card.
Theory was treated like an afterthought by Reigns and Paul Heyman on air though, which is slightly concerning.
