Kurt Angle "felt like an ass" at WrestleMania 33.

The machine-like Olympian had just been inducted into WWE's Hall Of Fame that weekend, and he was paraded with other inductees in front of the live crowd in Orlando mid-way through the show. Angle told Steve Austin's 'Broken Skull Sessions' (which was a riot generally) that he was expecting pyro when his entrance music played.

It didn't come.

Despite the fact he had top billing in the Hall Of Fame, Kurt didn't get his moment and stood there like a prat with his arms in the air waiting on the fireworks. When he returned backstage, Angle couldn't resist asking what had went wrong.

That's when WWE staff told him that they'd accidentally used up all of his pyrotechnics during The Hardy Boyz' comeback entrance earlier. Basically, the crew went daft with pyro for Matt and Jeff Hardy, and that left none for Kurt.

Angle described the moment as totally embarrassing. He'd been scripted not to move until after WWE's display was done. That's both heartbreaking and hilarious all at once. Poor Kurt must've felt like a complete idiot on the biggest show of the entire year.
