When Did WWE Tape TLC 2020's 'Firefly Inferno' Match?

Shockingly, TLC's Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt set piece wasn't filmed live.

WWE filmed TLC's main event showpiece between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt before anything else on the pay-per-view's card.

The WrestleVotes account also claimed on Twitter that the 'Firefly Inferno' spectacle wasn't supposed to be the pay-per-view's main event. That, apparently, changed on Sunday afternoon - WWE made the call to have Orton's battle with the 'Fiend' go on last.

The company taped the fiery brawl earlier in the day too.

That'd explain some of the jump cuts during the actual broadcast itself. Watch carefully, and you'd have witnessed Bray magically teleport a few steps ahead before setting fire to the rocking chair; he went from marching in the opposite direction to staring right at Randy in the blink of an eye.

Another cut seemingly came before Orton lit the gasoline at the end. Bray's mannequin suddenly changed from perfect to chargrilled despite the fact that Randy hadn't dropped the match.

It's interesting to learn that the 'Inferno' battle wasn't TLC's original main event. This must mean that Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens was initially in that slot before WWE changed their minds late in the day.
