Which Current WWE Star Did Hulk Hogan Call The "Next Big Thing"?

Hulk Hogan believes this WWE wrestler is the future of the industry.

WWE legend Hulk Hogan has named Riddle the future of pro wrestling.

During an interview with India Today, the Hall Of Famer said that he thinks the Raw star has "really good instincts" that could take him far. Hogan did say that Riddle's timing is "off a little bit", but he believes that'll change over time.

When asked to pick just one current star to lead WWE into the future, Hulk said Riddle would be "the next one [he'd] put [his] money on". That's high praise indeed.

In typical Hulk fashion though, the red and yellow hype machine compared WWE's upcoming 'Legends Night' edition of Raw to WrestleMania. Nobody's really going to buy that - his compliments for Riddle are a bit more credible.

On the forthcoming Raw special, Hogan said that it'd be awesome to be around all his old buddies backstage again. He's particularly looking forward to seeing some of the younger talents up close, especially Riddle. That's a bit of a hidden treat for Hogan at this stage in his life.
