Which Forgotten Superstar Returned On WWE SmackDown?

He's baaaaaaaaaack (but maybe not on SmackDown permanently)...

Lars Sullivan 2020

Man mountain Lars Sullivan made his first WWE appearance since June 2019 on Friday's episode of SmackDown.

Sullivan attacked both Jeff Hardy and Matt Riddle following their tag-team win over The Miz and John Morrison before Stephanie McMahon announced that he would be part of the Raw "Draft Pool" this coming Monday night.

That means there's a chance Lars could end up on either show. It'd make sense for WWE to follow up on his attacks this week, but who knows - they might decide that he's better off as part of 'Raw Underground' or something (if that concept isn't dead in the water for good) and spare Riddle the role of glorified jobber.

Sullivan's return was in-keeping with his presentation pre-injury. He mauled Hardy and Riddle like he had done to Kurt Angle, Lucha House Party and others before getting surgery to correct a major knee problem. The big man will be hoping that he can pick up where he left off.

What do you think of Sullivan's comeback? Are you excited to see what WWE have in mind for him, or would you rather they focused on other workers?
