Former WWE star Eve Torres didn't feel like she belonged.

The former Divas Champion told Lilian Garcia's seriously underrated 'Chasing Glory' podcast that she suffered from "imposter syndrome" throughout much of her career with the company. It was mental hell for her to think she didn't deserve any of the opportunities WWE were giving her, and it didn't help that she was getting them at the expense of others on the roster.

Imposter syndrome is a psychological fear that leads one to believe they'll soon be exposed as a fraud. Eve had it big time during her WWE run, and things didn't change until she was a few years deep into her career following 2007's Diva Search.

Torres, who was never going to be 'Wrestler Of The Year' but had a great look and solid charisma, told Garcia she was ravaged with self-doubt and found it difficult to gain acceptance in the locker room amongst peers who were vastly more experienced.

By 2009 or so, she'd started to make great friends behind the scenes. Only then did Eve realise that she needed to start giving herself some long overdue credit and recognise her self-worth.
