Which Legend Thinks Sting Vs. Chris Jericho WILL Happen In AEW?

This wrestling legend believes Sting and Chris Jericho could work in AEW.

Booker T believes there's a solid chance Sting vs. Chris Jericho could happen in AEW.

The former WWE, WCW and TNA legend said via his 'Hall Of Fame' podcast that he'd like to see it, and noted that Jericho would be the ideal dance partner for his 61-year old friend. Booker could see AEW "maybe" getting as many as three matches out of Sting vs. Jericho - that certainly sounds a tad ambitious, but nobody can blame Book for getting excited.

Booker does, however, think it's important that AEW do everything to protect Sting if he does enter the ring again. The icon was forced to retire after suffering serious neck injuries at WWE's Night Of Champions 2015 pay-per-view during a match with Seth Rollins, and he shouldn't be taking any unnecessary risks.

Still, his old WCW peer would put enough faith in Jericho to take care of the Stinger and give fans a spectacle worth savouring.

Book heaped praise on Jericho, calling him "a walking encyclopedia" when it comes to pro wrestling. He then likened Jericho to AJ Styles on the WWE side; in other words, he's a man aging legends can trust to bring the best out in them.
