Which WWE Star Did Renee Young Accidentally Text About Pregnancy?
Young sent news to ex-colleague instead of husband Jon Moxley!
First of all: congratulations to Renee Young and Jon Moxley, who last night announced they are expecting their first child!
Moxley revealed the happy news during a promo on Wednesday's Dynamite - though thanks to some fumbling phone fingers, the father wasn't actually the first to hear about it.
After an understandably ecstatic Young shared her emotions on Instagram, WWE star and former colleague Bayley Tweeted: "What's cuter, the way the world found out tonight or the way I found out??"
"100% the way you found out," replied Young, before revealing that in her complete excitement, she accidentally texted the 'Role Model' her pregnancy update instead of her husband.
Although they didn't (inadvertently) hear the news first hand, Young and Moxley's friends within the industry have also been reaching out with messages of congratulations. AEW CEO Tony Khan said it was "the best news we've ever broken on [Dynamite]", whilst Cody, Kayla Braxton and Chelsea Green all directed tons of positive baby energy in the direction of the ex-WWE presenter.
There's currently no word on how far along Young's pregnancy is, or when the baby is expected, but we'll be sure to keep you updated. For now, let us just repeat our opening sentiments: congrats to the happy couple!
