Between 1989-1990, he managed Randy Savage and Sensational Sherri against Dusty Rhodes and Sapphire. The feud culminated at WrestleMania VI, but Sherri and Sapphire also worked a house show series one-on-one at the request of Vince McMahon (he wanted Sherri to teach Sapphire the ropes).
Sherri was too busy trying to get Sapphire to wash. Seriously.
Bruce remembered an altercation between both women that bordered on ridiculous. Despite being travel partners and friends away from the ring, the pair had wildly different hygiene habits; Sherri couldn't stand the fact that Sapphire wouldn't wash her ring gear or really shower at all on the road.
One day, McMahon and Prichard were alerted to a scuffle happening down the hall. Sherri, who'd had enough of Sapphire's sh*t, kicked her ass and literally hauled her into the showers for a scrub. It took a while for everyone to separate them and calm things down.
Sherri told anyone who would listen that keeping ring attire clean was a common courtesy to your peers. Preach.
