Which WWE Stars Did Vince McMahon Forget About For Raw?
Even McMahon's favourites can get lost in the shuffle.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has already forgotten about Bianca Belair and Peyton Royce just over a month after reportedly being high on the pair.
This news comes after neither Belair or Royce were spotted on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. It did look as though Royce was set for a big singles push after WWE opted to split The IIconics a few weeks back, but this latest absence seems to suggest the boss had his mind on other things this week. Belair at least appeared on the most recent episode of Main Event against Royce's former partner Billie Kay.
Away from McMahon's forgetfulness, it was also noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the original plan was for Shayna Baszler to challenge Raw Women's Champion Asuka at the upcoming Clash of Champions PPV. However, those plans were altered when Baszler and Nia Jax became the current Women's Tag Team Champions. For a time, Natalya was even considered as a possible opponent for the champ, but now Zelina Vega is expected to challenge the 'Empress of Tomorrow' at the event.
Could Baszler or Royce enter the Raw Women's title scene after Clash of Champions? Fingers crossed McMahon remembers he has them on his roster before then.
