Who Thinks WWE View Him As A "Distraction"?

'Nature Boy' Ric Flair believes he'd have a much bigger role to play in WWE if "pre-existing health issues" weren't a factor and the global pandemic wasn't ongoing.
The legend told WrestleTalk Interviews that he's had several private discussions with his wife about where he fits into the pro wrestling world in 2020. According to Ric, she's been an excellent sounding board when he needs a bit of a rant or some outside perspective.
Now, Ric takes WWE decision-making as "love" and says they probably "look at me as more of a distraction" these days. That doesn't change the fact that Flair wishes the promotion would fly him in to shows "just to entertain the guys once in a while".
Who does he think they are? WCW?
Seriously, it's nice to hear that Ric still has a passion for this stuff, but WWE made the right call by the removing the 71 year old star from television whilst things remain so uncertain.
Maybe they'll bring Flair back as a manager when things calm down a little. It's pretty clear that he'd love that, and that he gets a kick out of being around the cut and thrust of a wrestling locker room.
