Alexa Bliss told Sports Illustrated that fellow WWE star Tyler Breeze helped her eat gummy bears again.

If you're confused, you should know that Alexa has suffered through eating disorders since she was a teenager, and she describes the humble confectionary as a "trigger food". When she spotted them backstage one day, Bliss suddenly panicked and didn't want to be around.

Breeze offered a support system for Bliss over the coming weeks so that she didn't feel so anxious around a snack that previously made her stay away from catering. She'll never forget how patient he was with her, or how he genuinely cared when some might've thought she was being a little over-the-top.

Alexa admitted to SI that she still wears a t-shirt to the ring depending on how she's feeling about herself that day. Obviously, this helps one half of the reigning WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions sell some merch, but it also covers up her body and means she doesn't feel so self-conscious.

So, there you go. Tyler Breeze is a hidden hero of the WWE system who wanted to help a friend out.
