William Regal is #AllElite.

The former WWE NXT General Manager and multi-time WWE Intercontinental, European and Tag Team Champion made a surprising debut at AEW Revolution 2022 following Jon Moxley's bloody (and ever-so-slightly slightly disputed) victory over Bryan Danielson.

Forcing the two to shake hands having nearly battered them both himself, Regal left having just about brought the pair together. Regal was able to debut under his most recent ring name, having filed for the trademark on February 9th.

Regal was released from WWE on January 5th 2022 along with a host of others from NXT and the Performance Center as WWE's budget cuts reached the Orlando. Rather fitting then that the former commissioner make his AEW in the same city where he's been so beloved.

It's unknown yet exactly how Regal will be used beyond what was revealed on the pay-per-view, but AEW has thus far shied away from using on-screen authority figures and may choose to keep Regal as a manager/coach figure for some of the company's top stars. He showed no fear in the faces of the first ones he encountered.
