WrestleMania 29: 5 Ways It Altered Future WWE Programming

5. Fandango Becomes The Most Over Superstar On The Roster

sg-sd705_fandango_022213 WrestleMania witnessed the wrestling debut of one of the greatest dancers in professional wrestling: Fandango. Making his grand entrances with around ten dancers, Fandango entered WrestleMania to prove himself to the world, and after some grueling action, Fandango defeated a nine-time Intercontinental Champion by a roll-up, thus proving to the world that he indeed is here to stay. However, after Fandango won that match, the fans weren't booing the Ballet Master, but instead, the crowd cheered for Fandango. One night later, at RAW, the crowd sang Fandango's theme song repeatedly, and danced to his theme, which was exciting and brilliant to watch. After he defeated Chris Jericho at WrestleMania, one thing was sure: he had become a fan favorite. Yet, when the fans cheered and applauded him on RAW, it was perfectly clear to everyone in the arena, and everyone sitting at home that Fandango is the most loved superstar in the WWE currently. His theme song, ChaChaLaLa, has been a staple in the UK charts, and has become every fan's ringtone. Wrestling fans are sub-consciously humming his theme; in front of their co-workers, their bosses, and even their kids. Simply put, after his performance at WrestleMania and with the help of the New Jersey crowd, Fandango has become the most over superstar in the WWE.
