WrestleMania 29: 5 Ways It Altered Future WWE Programming

3. CM Punk Proves That He Can Have A Great Match With Anyone

Screen Shot 2013-04-13 at 21.17.00 At WrestleMania, CM Punk had the biggest match of his career. Standing across the ring was the Phenom, and the Best in the World was going to face him, to end the Streak, once and for all. Was he successful? No, however, he put up a wonderful fight, which made everyone believe that he truly is the best in the world currently, including me. But, there's one other thing we saw at WrestleMania: Punk can have a great match with anyone. From 2011, CM Punk has been constantly performing on television, without a break, and has constantly been providing great matches. Looking back on his run, in my opinion, there isn't a single match which is terrible or which wouldn't be considered a classic. CM Punk is a leader backstage, and if the leader doesn't perform, then he isn't a true leader, but CM Punk performs every night, and to the surprise of everyone, never loses a step in the ring, as he looks on to dominate his opponent. His match with the Undertaker was the best match at WrestleMania 29, and it proved that Punk was an extraordinary wrestler, and he is capable of delivering excellent bouts every single night.
