Rumours of this bout began to emerge as soon as Rocky strode out to interrupt Triple H and Stephanie's mid-show speech. The People's Champ and Ronda Rousey cleared the heels out of the ring to the delight of the fans, sparking talk of a mixed match between the pair at next year's event. However, a rivalry of Rock and Triple H's history and magnitude surely deserves to be billed as a one-on-one encounter. Rousey could be utilised elsewhere on the show and still give the box office numbers a nice boost, while a return to one of the Attitude Era's most memorable feuds would be given the spotlight it deserves.
