WrestleMania 42: Brock Lesnar, Bron Breakker, LA Knight Complex Booking Problem (WWE News)

WWE's 'Mania 42 booking hangs on Bron Breakker's status.

With WWE firmly on the patented Road to WrestleMania right now, it appears that several matches depend on the status of Bron Breakker.

Breakker is currently out of action after undergoing hernia surgery, and it remains to be seen whether the second-generation Steiner will be cleared in time for the Showcase of the Immortals.

Per WrestleVotes on Fightful Select, if Bron does indeed return in time for 'Mania, WWE will obviously move forward with Breakker vs. Seth Rollins for that PLE. In turn, that's likely to line up the Usos defending the World Tag Team Titles against the Vision's Austin Theory and Logan Paul, and Brock Lesnar could well face LA Knight.

However, should Bron Breakker be forced to miss WrestleMania 42, that is expected to result in Rollins being the one to battle Brock, which would clearly tie in with the Visionary attacking Paul Heyman on last week's Raw. WrestleVotes' TC and JoeyVotes speculated that, if this is the case, LA Knight could be in danger of missing WrestleMania 42 entirely - either that, or he could possibly face Austin Theory, which would throw up questions around any World Tag Team Title match.

As it stands, Lesnar is due to appear on next week's Raw, so that should give some indication of where things may be heading for WrestleMania 42. There's a natural story there for Brock and Seth after that Heyman attack, whilst there's also a story with Lesnar and Knight after the Megastar played a role in eliminating the Beast from the men's Royal Rumble, plus LA drove the ambulance that Paul E. was put in last week. Of course, then there's the looming presence of Oba Femi and Gunther as two other WrestleMania opponents fans are clamouring to see go up against Brock.
