Wrestler Says He Signed NDA But Left WWE Because Of Vince McMahon

This ex-WWE star couldn't go into details, but he wasn't Vince McMahon's biggest fan.

Eric Young says he requested his WWE release in 2023 because he didn't want to work for somebody like Vince McMahon. His exact wording during a sit-down with Chris Van Vliet's 'Insight' show was this: "Morally, I just can’t work for a human being like that".

The ex-SAnitY member also revealed that he signed an NDA upon his departure, so there are certain things he can't go into or elaborate on when chatting to the media.

Young did, however, do in-depth on confronting McMahon behind the scenes. He was encouraged to do so by others in the company, because the general feeling was that Vince would respect the confidence. So, EY butted in on a meeting and laid out some ideas to the then-boss.

It turns out those people egging Young on were right - McMahon told him he liked that Eric was "showing initiative". That wasn't reflected on WWE's booking after the fact though. Young tumbled even further down the pecking order, and was pretty bummed out by the scraps he was being fed creatively.

To reiterate, Young put pen to paper on an NDA right before splitting from WWE.
