I know it's not the 80's or 90's and long title reigns are a thing of the past (CM Punk is the exclusion) but for the love of God, please make the belts mean something! Wrestling has never been about wins or loses but the titles used to mean something, but now they're meaningless. Big E. Langston and Dean Ambrose's titles are completely worthless - at this point they're just jewelry. Remember when Cody Rhodes became the Intercontinental Champion and brought back the original white belt? That was special. That meant something. The belts are no longer used to measure a wrestlers status, and that's just sad. CM Punk's last Championship reign was special: the belt meant something to him and you could see it in his eyes. The belt is what you're supposed to be most proud of, it's supposed to mean everything. Maybe I'm wrong, but Ijust don't feel like the current champions feel that way.
