We'd been waiting for this for a long time, Ziggler had held the briefcase for what seemed like forever and we were surprised when he didn't cash in at Mania. However a cash in at Mania wouldn't have been as awesome I think, it was a stacked card and the audience were clearly distributing their pops evenly. But the crowd at Raw the night after were among the most enthusiastic of the year and the intimacy of an arena over a stadium made the pop deafening the moment we heard the words "I'm here to show the world!" come through the speakers. No one was feeling Del Rio's reign or face run so seeing someone who, despite being a heel, was more over than most of the guys we're supposed to cheer for bring an end to all that made just about everyone watching mark out as if they'd heard a glass shatter sound.
