WWE: 10 Best Debut Vignettes Ever

9. Kharma

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WOjbtGubG5I Kharma's vignettes that preceded her debut were short and to the point. It's not often that women wrestler's get any sort of hype before joining the main roster, so you knew Kharma was special. For fans who had seen her in TNA as Awesome Kong, they were already anticipating what she would do to the Divas division. They wanted to see her toss around the company's Barbie Doll looking Divas who were hired mainly for their looks. Unlike the Kelly Kellys and Alicia Foxs of the world, Kharma was hired for her wrestling ability, and for her unbelievable power. The videos played off that perfectly. In fact, it was all about a doll. We saw one of them on the screen as creepy music was playing in the background. Someone sinister was just off-screen holding it. We couldn't see who. Finally, a hand came into view and flicked the head right off of the doll. Divas beware! To end the vignette, the figure began laughing maniacally, and a simple graphic told us that Kharma was coming. It's too bad that her run was so short in the company, as the videos ended up being the best part of her entire tenure.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
