WWE: 10 Best Moments From Attending WrestleMania Weekend
2. Daniel Bryan Defeated Triple H In WrestleMania's Opener
We all knew Daniel Bryan was going to make it into WrestleMania's triple threat main event for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but how would he get there? A win over Triple H, as per the stipulations of the match, would get him into the title bout, but wins over Triple H - even though his full-time career is over - are rare when you're not The Undertaker. Would he beat Bryan, forcing the leader of the Yes Movement to find another way into the match? Would there be some kind of draw, leading to a fatal four way match in the main event? Thankfully, no - Triple H did what was best for business. Bryan and the COO fought tooth and nail in a 25 minute contest that turned from technical exhibition to all-out war and, in the end, the man who would be champion caught HHH in the head with the Running Knee and pinned him in the center of the ring. The crowd was elated, Bryan was in the main event, and Triple H had done what he had so rarely done in the past - made a star.
