6. WCW World Heavyweight Championship 91-93
I will apologize in advance for the lack of decent pictures of this title, but they simply don't exist apparently. However, like the headline suggests, this design was used from 1991 to 1993 in WCW, and for me is the best WCW World Heavyweight Championship title. Most people when they think of the WCW Championship think of the infamous "Big Gold", and why not, it was used throughout the height of WCW and the Monday night wars, but before that title, there was this one. Like the X Division belt, this also includes both silver and gold. The official versions of the belt, the ones they used on the TV and at live events had the silver and gold, the replica's though didn't involve any silver, just gold and black. And cards on the table, the replica's aren't that bad either.
You can say what I mean, it does look really nice without the silver, I like it with and without the silver, so I'm good with either. The reason I prefer this to the Big Gold belt is because, the Big Gold isn't personal enough for me, and I understand that's why a lot of people like it, because it's almost the same belt that everyone that has ever won it has had, at least the basic design has never changed. So I can understand that. But for me, the main title a wrestling company should be unique to that company, a title belt that no other company will ever have, and that's why I really like this belt. I also believe that this belt was designed with influence from the Winged Eagle belt. Just look at the side plates and you'll know what I mean. The two belts were also around at the same time, so it's not an impossible possibility, but that is just my thinking behind it.
