2. Scott Hall
I see this photo of Scott Hall and just think ouch as has has fallen onto significantly hard times since his days in the ring. Hall has most recently tried to turn things around, but his life has been a consistent roller coaster of both alcohol and drug abuse. Hall has a record that goes all the way back to 1983 when he was charged with second degree murder when he shot a man with his own gun in an altercation, but the charges would eventually be dropped. This particular mugshot was taken in 2011 after an incident where Hall was apparently drunk at a bar and screaming at the patrons. This was ultimately rock bottom for Hall as he spent his 10 day sentence at the medical facilities of the prison due to poor health. Hall was a king in the wrestling world with his top performer run in the WWE and his classic NWO run with Kevin Nash in WCW. The two broke down barriers in the wrestling world and were responsible for bringing about the beloved Monday Night Wars. This photo alone shows how those at the top can easily coming crashing down to extremely heartbreaking bottoms.
