10. Alex Riley
Poor Alex Riley, he really did have a promising start to the WWE after first hitting the scene on the "minor league" program NXT with the Miz as his professional mentor. There's no denying that Riley has the in ring talent, the mic skills and the build. It would appear that he's now been relegated to a desk after hosting the first ever Monday Night Raw pre-show on the recently launched WWE Network. Riley got busted back in 2010 for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and refused to take a blood alcohol test. In some states, that can automatically mean you get a DUI. Riley got off pretty easily after only having to pay a $500 bond but it could be argued that his career has suffered from the incident as he's never gotten a legitimate WWE push and has been relegated below mid-card status. Not much going on here in this photo but you can notice that he' still feeling the effects with a moderate glazed over look in his eyes.
