WWE: 10 Most Frustrating Things About Being A WWE Fan In The UK

4. The Cost Of Going To Wrestlemania

No matter your opinion, if you're a fan or WWE, TNA, Ring of Honor or any other promotion, its still widely regarded that Wrestlemania is the Mecca of the wrestling world; and much like the religious event, going to Wrestlemania would be the pinnacle experience in the life of a wrestling fan. For American fans, its a costly but worthwhile adventure, but the typical British fan, getting to Wrestlemania is just that bit harder, and that bit more expensive. Return flights (to New Orleans) cost between £600 - £700 alone, and that's before you account for accommodation, expenses, travel and your actual ticket to Wrestlemania, which is also quite expensive for the seats that aren't behind a giant palm tree or ones that mean you catch on fire when the pyro goes off. Ultimately it means that a trip to Wrestlemania for a British fan remains as an expensive, once in a lifetime outing, or one we have to resign ourselves that we'll never get to make.
