2. Taxi Driver "Are You Talking to Me?" - WrestleMania 21 2005
This is my favorite of the WrestleMania 21 ads as several WWE superstars were featured in ths parody of the film Taxi Driver starring Robert De Niro. The most famous line in the film is when he says "are you talking to me?" so of course that's the line WWE 's performers end up saying in this commercial. Here's a listing of everybody that appeared in the 2:30 spot: Batista, Heidenrich, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, Shelton Benjamin, the Basham Brothers, Big Show, Candice Michelle, Carlito, Tajiri (in Japanese), Orlando Jordan, Joy Giovanni, Gene Snitsky, Paul London, Tazz, Chavo Guerrero, Hardcore Holly, Molly Holly, Michael Cole Batista was the role of the dumb guy because he kept asking what his line was and when they told him it was "are you talking to me?" he didn't realize that was what he was supposed to say. At the very end of it, he got it right. The other comedic aspect of it involved Big Show, who could never get anything right. He was too big for the main frame shot, his jacket ripped when flexed his arm, a microphone hit him in the head and and at the end of it all he chucked a guy through a wall.
