8. Sid Vicious vs Arn Anderson
A huge fight from the old WCW involved Sid Vicious, Arn Anderson and a bloody pair of scissors. The brawl went down on a 1993 UK tour, at a hotel in Blackburn. Both men would end up in hospital as a result of puncture wounds, after scissors were used as an instrument of violence. This fight could very well have ended up in a fatality. Sid stabbed Anderson 20 times, with Arn landing 4 cuts to the big man. The disgusting incident led to Sid being released from the company. So what kicked off this fight? Well, Arn had never liked Sid, and earlier in the day had endured the younger man heckling his match. The two were seen arguing in the hotel bar later that night. Somehow it all ended up back at Arn's hotel room with Sid lunging at Anderson with the scissors. It seems like a case of alcohol abuse, personal dislike and heated words boiling over.
