WWE: 10 Life Lessons From Chris Jericho Every Man Must Follow

1. "Welcome To Raw Is Jericho" - Make The World Your Own

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8WWjm4VEj0 Chris Jericho didn't end up an Undisputed WWE Champion and worldwide rockstar by living in someones else's world - instead he made the world his own, doing what he wanted to do in the way he wanted to do it. He never followed any script of what a pro wrestling career should be, instead taking off from wrestling when he felt he had no obvious storyline. Most people wouldn't have taken such stances, leave the security of WWE to tour in a rock band? It's risky. But Jericho did it because he believed in himself and wanted to pursue his passions. Where others would have stuck with WWE, Jericho left and was able to come back in the exact same major spot because his talent was good enough to demand it. The confidence to take off and come back as he wishes is telling of a man who is sure of himself and the world he lives in. If there is a collective conclusion from Chris Jericho, it's that he's a great guy who has been able to forge a great career from his strength of character and personality. He was never intimidated by the veteran WCW talent who tried to hold him down in the late 90's. Instead he went to the WWF and had the self belief to walk straight into a top level feud with The Rock. Chris Jericho became 'the man' because he forced the issue. He started out just like any of us, yet he has finished up as one of the most revered wrestlers ever.
