6. Mabel Is Transformed Into Viscera
http://youtu.be/aGoCZv_bBPU?t=33m5s At the Royal Rumble 1999, Mabel made his full-time return to the WWF, first attacking Mankind on the pre-show, then attacking Headbanger Mosh when his number was called and took his spot as #11. Mabel entered with all black attire and looking just as big as when he left the WWF. Mabel quickly eliminated Dan Severn, Steve Blackman, Tiger Ali Singh, The Blue Meanie and Droz before fighting the Road Dogg. Then the lights went out and the Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness attacked, eliminating Mabel and sending him up the aisle to a waiting Taker. Face to face with his former rival, Undertaker asked Mabel to accept the Lord of Darkness as his savior before the Ministry battered him some more, eventually forcing him into the back of a hearse before it drove off. The next night, Mabel was re-introduced as Viscera, having been sacrificed and brain-washed by the Ministry. Viscera was now a heel wearing white contacts and stayed in the mid-card until he was released again in 2000.
