WWE: 10 Moments When Triple H's Ego Has Damaged Other Wrestlers

7. Umaga

Edward Smith Fatu, reinvented himself after shaking off the terrible gimmick he was given as Jamal in the tag team 3-minute warning and boy, did the new character of Umaga go down well. For a whole year he was invincible, destroying everybody in sight including Superman himself, John Cena. John Cena would eventually end Umaga's thirty four match winning streak in a title match at the New Year's Revolution PPV, but that didn't seem to damage the Umaga character at all and the fans still believed he was a demolition machine. Enter a returning HHH... yes, he was returning and yes, he needs to get over with the crowd, but did the Game really need to beat Umaga at three PPVs in a row? Nobody was convinced by Umaga anymore and he disappeared into mid-card obscurity before disappearing off the roster.
