WWE: 10 Non-Wrestling Roles For Sting

10. Talent Agent

Sting Tna Lockdown If there€™s one thing that WWE is always on the hunt for, it€™s newer and better talent than what they€™ve already got. NXT is home to some great wrestlers who have the potential to be future WWE superstars, and having an experienced veteran of the ring like Sting scout out talent for the WWE would help bring in an even higher caliber of superstar to not just NXT, but Raw and Smackdown as well. He could easily detect which wrestlers are ready to have the spotlight shine on them, and which wrestlers need a bit more time practicing in NXT. Sting is just as much as businessman as he is a professional wrestler, and he knows what works and what doesn€™t in wrestling. If he sees a wrestler that stands out from the rest, he€™s going to make sure that the kid not only gets noticed by the higher ups, but gets put on WWE television in some capacity. He wasn€™t the €œFranchise Player€ of WCW for nothing, and with his keen insight on what being a professional wrestler is all about, he could prove to be a valuable asset for the talent relations department.
