WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (April 19)

3. More On Undertaker's WrestleMania Streak

From Nick @_NL92_: Is Undertaker losing his WrestleMania streak really such a bad thing if he most likely wanted it to end?
Now that it's been nearly two full weeks since Undertaker's WrestleMania streak ended, it's still hard to know if it was the right decision or not. We really have no idea if it was his decision to have Brock Lesnar beat him or if it was a Vince McMahon call. Reports did come out that it was McMahon that came up with it while others that used to work for WWE have said that it was likely an Undertaker decision. What WWE did by having Lesnar win was really anger some people who didn't think Undertaker's streak would ever end and for others we just accepted the fact that these things happen in wrestling. Wins and losses shouldn't matter that much, but when it comes to "The Streak" it took on a life of its own. That's because WWE pushed it so much. They were smart to do that. It's why people had genuine shock when he lost. It's not a bad thing that it ended. Undertaker is still one of the biggest names in the history of pro wrestling. He's also one of the most respected performers too. He'll be 49 years old this year. Considering all the injuries he's had in his career, it makes sense if he decided that was the end of his career and he wanted to go out by losing to somebody as credible as Lesnar. We know "The Streak" is over. Fans that are angry should be able to accept it by now. What we don't know is if WrestleMania 30 was the last time we'll see The Undertaker in a match. If it is we'll miss him, but it's certainly understandable if he doesn't wrestle again either.
