WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (June 7)

7. Turning The Right Member Of The Shield

From @LewisDavison18: Did WWE turn the right member of The Shield?
Absolutely. Dean Ambrose is the one that we think more of as a guy that can thrive as a heel in the long term, but this turn by Seth Rollins has elevated Rollins in a major way. Rollins was not going to be a top three babyface in WWE. He was behind Cena, Bryan, Reigns, and probably Cesaro assuming he turns face soon. Those guys are locked in those spots. If you look at the heel side, there's an opportunity for Rollins to be a bigger star and he's going to be in more high profile singles matches because of it. He can feud with all the top babyfaces because he'll be seen as a main event level heel now. The other reason it was right is because Rollins is one of the best in-ring performers in WWE. He's probably among the top five workers in the company. Long term he'll be a better babyface, but he is best served as a heel right now. In addition to all that, my feeling is that Ambrose is going to turn heel soon anyway so it didn't really matter what one of them joined the dark side first.
