WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (March 8)
6. Any Lesser Known PPV Recommendations For WWE Network?
From @jaymitch84: Any recommendations for lesser PPVs we should check out on WWE Network? (ex: random great In Your House events.)
There are definitely some good ones out there. I covered the 20 Best PPVs Ever in a recent WhatCulture feature article, so that should be of assistance to people looking for the best of the best. Also, Seagull wrote about 15 underrated WWE PPVs that you should watch too, so check that one out as well. Regarding those In Your House PPVs, a lot of them weren't that great. That was because the roster was pretty bad in the mid 1990s aside from the great performers like Shawn, Bret, Owen, Bulldog and eventually Austin and Mankind as well. The best In Your House event was Canadian Stampede 1997. Most of those IYH PPVs weren't full of great cards, but there are definitely some standout matches on them. As I've said in the past, the best year for WWE was 2000. I would watch those events back to back and you can see how great the WWE product can be. Don't stop there, though. The first half of 2001 was really awesome too. That's where you'll see the best of the best.
