3. Why Are Some Loud Crowds So Reluctant To Get Involved?

From @Jem_RacingJake: The Chicago crowd made me think. Why are some live crowds reluctant to get involved vocally? They must see how much better it makes the show.
It's one of those things where part of it is Chicago being great, the WWE shows being pretty average for the most part and some cities are simply not that loud in terms of their crowd reactions. If you watch shows from the Attitude Era when the product was as hot as ever, we really didn't notice what cities were the best because everybody was loud. I can remember venues all across America having the same sort of reactions no matter where it was because every building was able to get excited for WWE shows. It would be nice if every city had a hot crowd. That's just not how it is anymore. When the product was at its best the crowds were loud everywhere, so it's up to WWE too. They have to give us a reason to really care. I agree with what you're saying. Louder crowds mean a better show. Absolutely.
