9. Their History Of Brutal Matches
The youngest champion in WWE history, Brock Lesnar was yet to be pinned when he met The Undertaker at Unforgiven 2002. They made that feud memorable by involving Taker's real-life wife at the time, Sara. Lesnar's disrespect of the pregnant woman raised Taker's ire to immeasurable heights, and the two men had a hard-hitting battle to settle the score. They combined mat wrestling with MMA-style strikes and stupendous suplexes. After over 20 minutes and a lot of lost blood, the match ended in a double disqualification. They met again at No Mercy in a Hell In A Cell match, and the blood flowed even more freely. Both men proved their strength and perseverance; the entire arena was on its feet when Lesnar performed an F-5 on Taker to retain his title. The next time they crossed paths was at the Royal Rumble, when Brock ejected surprise entrant The Undertaker to win the match. Needless to say, these two have an emotionally-driven history that many will remember for being brutal to the point of grotesque. The Undertaker has several scores to settle, and Brock has a reputation to protect.
