4. The Fans Want It
There's nothing quite like a feud that we as fans have been fantasy booking for years. How often do we get a "dream match" come to fruition? Until somewhat recently, it seemed near-impossible that Brock and Taker would ever clash on WWE soil again. Even when Brock returned, Taker was convalescing in Death Valley after his WrestleMania 28 match against Triple H. When Taker did resurface, it was to start a feud with Brock's stable mate, CM Punk. It seemed "never the two shall meet". There was no obvious challenger for The Streak this year. No up-and-comer who was reasonably ready to have a shot at victory. No veteran whose career required the boost of conquering The Streak. After so many years and so many opponents, how could WWE possibly construct a feud for The Undertaker that's befitting of WrestleMania XXX? In the capable hands of Paul Heyman, we were quickly convinced this week that Brock Lesnar has good reason to be "the one". We want to see the beast face the dead man! It's a great story between two awesome characters.
