In 2013, Santino's daughter, Bianca, won the Miss Teen Ontario-World beauty pageant at the age of 17. Bianca continues to live in Ontario with her mother and stepfather, but she continues to have a great relationship with her father, listing him as a great influence in her life. It was her very first pageant, and she states that her years of competitive dance, musical theater, and improv have made her love performing in front of crowds, so she had no issues with nerves. One of 48 total competitors, she won the pageant, moving on with a push towards general health in her country. An aspiring neurosurgeon who got straight A's in school, she seems to have her future shaping up pretty nicely.
