WWE: 10 Things I Learned Training To Be A Pro Wrestler With Lance Storm

2. The Bond Of The Business

Lance Storm Not everything I learned at the Storm Wrestling Academy came from Lance Storm himself €“ some things just come with experience. Going through a pro wrestling camp is a bit like a cross between going to boot camp and joining a fraternity (or so I'd imagine €“ I've never done either of those). It's both difficult and fun, and so you form a quick bond with the people you meet there. After all, we all loved the same thing, all wanted the same thing, and all had to rely on each other to get it, to an extent. It doesn't hurt that Calgary is great city €“ picturesque and cute with plenty of cozy establishments (plus the world's largest rodeo). A bit of debauchery with the boys on her streets cemented the bond between us. I still keep in touch with many of my classmates today.
