10. He Shows Up In The Battle Royal

This one is pretty much a long shot, but it's worth at least a discussion. There are currently three unknown slots remaining in the battle royal. One of the slots of rumored to be Rob Van Dam, but could one of the other slots be given to Steve? Austin knows his way around a battle royal having won three Royal Rumble matches in his career, so he would be no stranger to having to fight dozens of men at once. For those worried about his health, he could avoid having to take any high impact moves that involve his neck, and instead simply throw lefts and rights, and maybe even stomp a mudhole on a couple poor saps. It would definitely be a shocking reveal, and the roof would explode if Austin managed to win the battle royal. Or even better, Steve could last until the final two and help put some credibility on guys like Sheamus or Dolph Ziggler by having one of them eliminate him. This one is least likely to happen, but in a perfect world, Austin wouldn't hesitate to drink a cold one and run down to the ring to throw twenty nine other sumbitches over the top. Oh hell yeah!
