All these ideas are hingeing on the assumption that Undertaker is healthy to compete. He came really close last year to being classed as unable to perform, so a year on, the danger is he fails a physical. His condition isn't great, having gone under multiple surgeries and suffering chronic pain issues. He was meant to work Summerslam last year but after going out injured in the Spring wasn't seen of again. This is a performer who is being defeated by time. If he hasn't been passed fit then there is a pretty good chance he retires this year. The Network Raw could be the place to do it, signifying the end of one era and the start of the new world. It would certainly be the attention grabber Vince would want to put all eyes on his product, and the Network could launch right away with Undertaker retrospectives and tributes I think fans would really buy into that in a big way. An Undertaker retirement promo next week would be the biggest and most genuine segment in Raw history.
