2. Zack Ryder
Could Zack Ryder be repackaged and have a chance at getting over? Absolutely. But WWE doesn't seem interested in doing that at all. Ryder has had absolutely no direction for the past couple of years, he's just spinning his wheels, playing the same goofy character. After getting himself over through hard work on his internet show, he was made to look like an idiot in the John Cena/Eve romance story, and had Kane beat him up in comical new ways every week. He has never recovered. More damaging for Ryder is that even the hardcore fans don't seem to care about his lack of a push anymore. When Ryder used to not be on a show, you would sometimes hear a "we want Ryder!" chant. Those died off long ago. He hasn't even appeared on Raw or SmackDown in over three months, and when he does show up, it's to do a quick job. Part of his troubles stem from complaining about his push on social media. Unless you're CM Punk, that's only going to get you in trouble. He may end up being this year's Colt Cabana (or Scotty Goldman during his WWE run) in that he does have some loyal fans, but they won't be able to save him from losing his job.
