Recent history shows that WWE is going to really get behind Reigns in the very near future. When they had the elimination tag team match at Survivor Series, he was the sole survivor. At the Royal Rumble, he eliminated a record 12 guys and lasted until the end of the match before Batista was able to dump him out. Now that The Shield is at a point in their career when they are being booked for their breakup, Reigns is likely going to be the breakout star in the group. That's a no brainer. We know it's going to happen. He has the right look, he's the perfect size, he has a unique moveset with moves like that awesome running dropkick outside the ring and he's becoming a better talker as well. What would work great is if The Shield's breakup happens after WrestleMania. Maybe Ambrose gets jealous of Reigns for winning the battle royal and the next night they end up going their separate ways. That's a good way to use the battle royal to further a storyline. There's a chance that he won't be in the battle royal. There could be some kind of match involving the three Shield members whether it's a triple threat or something of that nature. If he's in the battle royal, he has to be considered the favorite.
