When thinking about guys that could really make a splash by winning this battle royal, the first name that comes to mind is Ziggler. He's somebody that is an extremely talented performer that has become an afterthought because of reasons nobody really knows. Apparently he might have said some things that management didn't like at some point in the last year, so now he's permanently punished as a result of that. What should matter more than anything is in ring talent. There's no question that Ziggler is one of the better in-ring performers in WWE. If he's given an opportunity to put on a show he'll entertain the fans. He's one of the better athletes in WWE. In a match like a battle royal his athleticism would allow him to stand out just as long as he's booked to make the final four or five competitors. How likely is it that he's going to win this? It's all a matter of what WWE has planned for him in the future. If he's going to continue to be somebody that's barely on television then he has very little chance to emerge as the winner. However, if WWE feels like this could be a way to restart a push for him then they could book Ziggler strongly in this match and make fans care about him again.
