One selling point WCW could claim over their Stanford rivals was a deeper roster stocked with luchadores brought in from Mexico and technicians from Canada, Europe and Japan. Combining all the great parts of the international flare was The Ultimo Dragon, a Japanese born martial artist and Mexican trained luchadore. While American audiences have seen hurricanrana-like maneuvers such as Scott Steiner's Frankensteiner, the top rope variation was part of a near endless highlight reel produced by the WCW cruiserweights, with The Ultimo Dragon front and center.
