The Undertaker has gone through many transformations in his WWE career while still maintaining the essence of his original incarnation. Taker debuted as a mysterious creature of the night sporting long dark hair and his signature trench coat, brimmed hat, and gloves, and though he has had several diffierent looks - including the ill-conceived American Bad-Add gimmick - it is the supernatural angle that is the most enduring. So a couple years later it seemed perfectly natural to see the "The Demon From Death Valley" accompanied by a real live vulture at Wrestlemania IX. As Taker and his scavenger friend were carted to the ring in a funeral chariot behind some beefy Egyptian bodyguard types, the ominous bird was a sight to behold. The dark and fitting visual was almost enough to send a shiver down Giant Gonzalez' spine, or at least the one on his bodysuit. Wrestlemania IX marked the last time we saw Undertaker's spooky friend but much like Jim Ross in a toga, once was probably enough.
