9. Delayed Vertical Suplex
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX5VL8k3g5Y The Move: A wrestler places his opponent in a headlock, before wrapping his arm and hoisting him up into the air. The wrestler then holds this position, allowing the blood to rush to the opponents head, before slamming him down onto the mat. How The Opponent Helps: First off, the opponent has to help the lift off. Watch any suplex and, similar to the end of the slingshot, you can always see them bend at the knees and jump. Once they're in the air they have to remain rigid, which is a hell of a lot harder than it looks. Why It's Unbelievable: Again similar to the Gorilla Press, you're just going to allow this to happen? You're not going to struggle? Even more you're going to aid the effectiveness of this technique by remaining straight and steady? Madness.
