WWE: 15 Biggest Drawing Stars Of The Attitude Era

14. Kane

When Kane first burst onto the scene, his impact was felt with the company almost immediately. Taking out his "brother", The Undertaker, he instantly became a guy who drew reactions from the crowd. A masked enigma, Kane became a mysteriously likeable guy despite his bizarre persona. The storyline surrounding him and The Undertaker is a perfect summation of the craziness of the Attitude Era - apparently Kane was seeking revenge after a fire started by Taker as a child left his physically scarred - hence the mask. He won his first championship with the company against "Stone Cold" Steve Austin back in 1998, and went onto form some of the most impressive alliances in the history of the company. Still very much active in 2014, Kane is one of the most important men to compete in the Attitude Era.
