WWE: 15 Most Deserving Future Hall Of Famers

9. Owen Hart

Owen Hart Owen€™s career has been a tad romanticized after his tragic fatal accident in 1999, but he would have probably been already inducted in the Hall of Fame had he not died in Kansas City at Over the Edge. From 1994 until 1998, Owen was one of the top workers in the company. He was the main heel in 94, held down the tag team division with Yokozuna and The British Bulldog in 95, 96 and 97, and was always heavily involved in storylines. The only thing keeping Owen Hart from the Hall of Fame is the wrongful termination lawsuit filed by his widow Martha Hart and settled out of court. It€™s rumored that one of the conditions of the settlement was that WWE could not celebrate Owen€™s career. When could he be inducted?: At this point, the only way to sneak Owen into the Hall of Fame is to induct the Hart Foundation, which includes Bret (a second appearance), Owen, the Bulldog, Jim €œThe Anvil€ Neidhart and Brian Pillman. That could happen at any year starting with 2015. Who should induct The Hart Foundation?: Probably Nattie and Tyson Kidd.
